I write for founders and leaders who are trying to build organizations that hold together, that stay coherent as they grow, stay aligned as they distribute, and stay purposeful as the nature of work and world changes around them.
Most of what I write begins with a practical problem encountered in consulting work and ends with a framework or argument worth sharing. The thinking here is the same thinking I bring into client engagements: direct, sometimes uncomfortable, and always intended to be useful.
The series below is where I have invested the most sustained effort. Other pieces appear below it as they accumulate. If something here resonates and you want to think through what it means for your organization, the contact page is the right place to start.

The conditions that allowed organizational culture to travel implicitly (through proximity, observation, and correction in real time) are disappearing. Distributed work strained them. Remote work accelerated the strain. AI agents will finish what those forces started. This series traces the full arc and builds the case for what organizations need to build in its place.
